About This Spot

Walking into St. Andrews Pub, you’re greeted by an easygoing energy that’s both familiar and inviting—a neighborhood hangout where the love of sports quietly pulses beneath the warm lighting and well-worn wood. This is a space that balances lively enthusiasm with comfortable calm, where conversations flow as naturally as the beers poured from taps boasting thoughtful variety.

The ambiance slows the pace of the day just enough to let you settle in, with televisions thoughtfully placed so every seat can catch the game without effort. Here, it’s not just about watching sports; it’s about sharing moments with others who carry the same quiet obsession—whether you’re cheering for a local hockey match or an intense soccer fixture.

In between plays, the crowd’s easy camaraderie often makes way for lighthearted banter, a subtle reminder that rivalries are friendly and the crew behind the bar knows names and stories alike. The staff’s genuine warmth shapes an experience that’s more about belonging than just showing up. It’s a place that doesn’t rush you and appreciates the nuances of community, from the surprisingly artful specialty drinks to the occasional quirky touches that spark smiles—like the striking nod to a major golf tournament with living sod thoughtfully placed beneath your feet.

St. Andrews Pub stands as a quietly treasured spot in Omaha where diverse fans can co-exist without fuss. Everyone from devoted soccer followers to casual visitors finds themselves welcomed in an atmosphere that is neither polished nor pretentious, but deeply human and thoughtfully lived-in. It’s the kind of place you return to not just for the game on the screen, but for the stories and moments unfolding right beside you.

Love the diversity of club support where an Arsenal supporter can coexist with a Spurs supporter, Chelsea, Crystal Palace Liverpool, City, United...even Everton an Wolves...Come one come all, great brew great crew!!!

St. Andrews is one of the hidden gems of the Omaha bar scene. Staffed with some of the best people in town and given to a quirky sense of humor (including real, living sod on the ground during the Masters), the bar is a great place to hang out with friends and watch some sports. I especially appreciate that I can enjoy soccer there amongst peers who are also interested in the game.

I've been to this place twice. The first time it was dead and the 2 gentlemen working working less than enthused to be working. They threw back a few of their own during both of our visits. One of the gentlemen made up for the quiet (or lack of) service by making good conversation. The venue itself is great. Went for my 2nd time during a hockey game and it shows they enjoy showing sports games. Great outdoor patio outbacka Bathrooms were clean and drinks were made to order so I can't complain. It's a fun place to be overall.

Always enjoy popping in for a drink. There are televisions at the tables. We like not having to squint to check on the game. We've always had good service from the friendly staff. They have a nice selection of whiskey. It has a neat atmosphere. The toilets can be slow but it's expected in the older parts of town so just hold down handle and wait.

Great beer selection here, they also just did their outdoor patio area and its beautiful. Huge TV out back so you can watch any game easily. Good place for a group or just a one on one date. I had the best Vegas bomb here, super cold and decent in size. I truly love this bar.
